This template is ideal for situations where you need to quickly generate ideas and find the most suitable ones with minimum effort. The template can be used for different topics with minimal modification and it works in both standalone and group workshops.

The workshops starts with idea generation for the topic selected by the facilitator. After participants have come up with some ideas, they will continue by prioritizing their favorite ideas. The top prioritized ideas continue to the last phase, where they will be rated against an impact-effort matrix to discover the best ideas.
